CMP Process Engineer

Responsibilities

Sustain and improve daily operations in the Chemical Mechanical Processing (CMP) Module to meet goals.

Lead trouble-shooting & problem solving in Factory operations floor.

Drive CMP consumables improvement for defect reduction & better cost of ownership.

Implement SPC improvement & early fault detection systems.

Drive innovation in factory automation, processes and systems to improve productivity.

Work closely with integration & product engineering team to drive towards zero defect.


Requirements



Master in Chemical/Electrical & Electronics/Materials/Mechanical/Microelectronics/Physics or equivalent

Highly motivated & strong team player

Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills

Quality 1st mindset & strong analytical, problem solving skills
