二、Junior Business Controller（财务岗位）
Context
Prysmian’s China perimeter, apart from covering Greater China (Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao), increasingly doubles as production base for the remainder of APAC region. This is characterized by intensive intercompany flows in parallel to broad sectoral exposure in domestic market. Annual EUR 500 m revenue is a result of 11 Business Units and 6 production facilities.
Specific characteristics of domestic business environment (e.g. the role of State Owned Enterprises, Competitors with substantial excess capacity) and practices (e.g. leveraging on monopsony power, higher opportunism) creates challenges for companies in the middle of a supply chain, like Prysmian is. However, China remains the biggest cable market globally with a clear trend of demand shifting towards more complex and higher value added products. At the same time, low concentration of cable produces leaves the opportunity for consolidation in the sector.
Furthering Prysmian’s share of this growth requires anticipative and fast decision making. Towards this end, Business controlling is partnering with Commercial teams, Planning department, Industrial controlling and Credit management to provide Country management with the overarching and timely analytics. Strengthening Business controlling is a move in anticipation of increased requirements within market and customer analytics.
We are looking for an analytical individual who is highly structured. Business controlling as a market facing financial role provides an exposure to an entire business cycle; from identifying the leads to cashing in the sales and post - market services. Apart from deep understanding of corporate budgeting, performance measurement and forecasting, this position offers a firsthand account of China’s business reality and economic transition.

partnering with entity controllers to improve the existing and develop new analytic protocols
leverage on SAP BW to provide additional real-time analytics insights
facilitate contacts across functions to produce 360* reporting
